WHere is an easy version of a beverage from the seasonal drinks list. It's a party-sized prepared mix that is loaded full of essence associated with holiday season, rendering it excellent for hosting a holiday party. Any leftover syrup to use in morning drinks, desserts, or to make more rounds of the drink.

Makes enough for 10 guests
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
For the Drink (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Cordial: Put the listed components in a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the stove and let it to cool completely. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine every spirits and syrup into a sizeable container, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Pour 85ml of your batch mix into your cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir gently for one minute to chill. Pour to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
