Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current congressional process.
